THIS WOD IS 2 PARTS (A & B).  BOTH PARTNERS WILL WORK TOGETHER TO COMPLETE THE WORK WITH NO MINIMUM WORK REQUIREMENTS.  THERE WILL BE NO REST BETWEEN PART A AND PART B.  THIS WILL BE A RUNNING CLOCK, SO PARTNERS MUST KEEP TRACK OF THE CLOCK AND ONCE THE FINAL FRONT SQUAT OF THE SET OF 2 IS COMPLETE, THE 20 MINUTES STARTS FOR PARTNER CINDY.  SCORE WILL BE TIME TO COMPLETE PART ‘A’ AND ROUNDS OF CINDY IN 20 MINUTES.

PART A

10-8-6-4-2: Muscle-ups and Front Squat From Floors

10-8-6-4-2 reps, for time of: 

Muscle-up 

Front Squat From Floor, 185/105 lbs

–THEN IMMEDIATELY INTO–

PARTNER ‘CINDY’

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: 

5 Pull-ups 

10 Push-ups 

15 Air Squats
