Lifting: Barbell Good Mornings and Weighted Sit-ups, alternating between movements

Barbell Good Morning 10-10-10, using heaviest weight per set 

Weighted Sit-up 20-20-20, using heaviest weight per set

–then–

6x AMRAP 2 mins: Row Calories and Max Rep Power Cleans

For 6 cycles: AMRAP in 2 mins of: 

15 Row Calories 

Max Rep Power Clean, 185/135 lbs  

Rest 2 mins between each cycle. 

For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
