Youth Sports strength and conditioning

CrossFit South Wake Speed Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. This program is offered 3 days per week and involves weights and plyometrics as well as other tools to build explosive power. This program is for youths looking to take their athletic ability to the next level.

Our general CrossFit program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

Barbell club meets once a month to train, coach and develop Olympic weightlifting skills. This program is at no additional cost to all unlimited members of CFSW.
